These terms are between you and Luvizora Digital, which operates Luvizora Digital.
The services
We provide the services listed in the plan you buy, as described on our plans page at the time of purchase.
Billing
Plans are billed monthly in US dollars through Stripe and renew each month until cancelled. Advertising spend is not included in any plan and is paid directly to the ad platforms.
Access and content
You keep ownership of your accounts, brand and content. You give us the access we need to do the work, and you confirm you have the right to use any material you send us.
Results
We work to grow your reach and reviews, but we cannot guarantee specific numbers, rankings or sales.
Cancelling and refunds
To cancel your plan or ask about a refund, email info@luvizora.org.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the month the issue arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
