Luvizora Digital is operated by Luvizora Digital. We decide how your personal data is used on this site. You can reach us at info@luvizora.org.
What we collect
When you create an account we collect your name, email address and password (stored securely by WordPress). If you complete the Get Started questions, we store your answers. If you write to us, we keep your message. For clients we also collect the follower, reach, review and message numbers needed for your reports.
Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
How we use it
To run your account, deliver the services you buy, send you reports, answer your messages and bill you. We do not sell your data.
Who we share it with
Only the services that help us run the site: Stripe for payments, our hosting provider, Cloudflare for security and performance, and our own automation server for internal notifications.
Cookies
We use the cookies WordPress needs to keep you logged in. We will update this page if we add analytics or advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
For as long as your account is active, and afterwards only as long as the law requires us to keep records.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it, by emailing info@luvizora.org. If you are in the UK, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
